How to receive a refund for the service fee charged by LaunchMyStore on orders that are canceled, rejected, failed, or returned.

LaunchMyStore credits will be automatically refunded for the following orders:

1.Cancelled orders (by seller) - Orders that you have cancelled after accepting them.

2.Cancelled orders (by buyer) - Orders that customers have cancelled from their side.

(Note: A customer can cancel the order until you accept it.)

3.Rejected orders - Orders that you've rejected for any reason.

4.Failed orders - Orders that were not successfully delivered to the customer for any reason.

5.Returned orders - Orders where customers requested a return, and the return was completed.

Preventing spam orders by blocking a customer.


1.You can navigate to your audience section and apply a "block" tag to the customer you wish to restrict from placing orders on your LaunchMyStore.

2.Only the tag "block" will effectively restrict the customer; other variations like "blocked" or "blocking" won't have any effect.

3.Removing the "block" tag from the customer will also remove them from the list of blocked customers in your store.
