LaunchMyStore Delivery - Guidelines

Thank you for selecting LaunchMyStore for your logistics needs. Please review the following guidelines to ensure we can offer you seamless service.

When you utilize LaunchMyStore delivery for shipping orders, you'll be presented with estimated pickup and delivery times, along with a list of available courier partners.

After choosing your preferred courier partner and proceeding, you'll need to input the product weight, at which point shipping charges will be displayed.

To prevent any discrepancies, please enter the volumetric weight or dead weight of the shipment, whichever is higher. (Dead weight refers to the actual weight of the shipment.)

Volumetric weight = length breadth height / 5000
*** length, breadth & height to be entered in cms

Example: Consider a package measuring 15cm 15cm 15cm with a weight of 0.40 kg.

The volumetric weight is calculated as follows: (15 15 15) / 5000 = 0.675 kg.

The actual weight of the shipment remains 0.40 kg.

The specified weight for the shipment is 0.675 kg.

Should any disparities arise during the shipping process as detected by our logistics partner, you will be responsible for clearing the difference, which may affect your payouts. The exact amount will be communicated to you by the LaunchMyStore Delivery team following the billing process.

  • Upon clicking "Proceed to Ship", you'll be prompted to settle the delivery fees via UPI, debit, or credit card. Optionally, you can deposit a lump sum into your account as credits, which can be utilized to cover individual orders instead of paying them individually.

  • After payment confirmation, a popup will display the Courier Name, Tracking ID, and offer the option to download the Shipping Label & Invoice for the shipment. It's essential to download and print both the Invoice and Shipping label. Insert the invoice inside the package and affix the shipping label onto the packing box during the packing process.

  • Ensure that the package is prepared before initiating the shipment process as the courier partner will arrive at your warehouse address within the next 24 hours to collect the package.

  • If the shipment isn't collected within 24 hours, the field executive will attempt to reach you again. If unsuccessful after three attempts or if the shipment remains uncollected for 15 days from the shipment date, it will be canceled by LaunchMyStore, and you can proceed with the Self-ship option.

  • The order will be delivered to your customer within 3-5 working days (although delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances). Both you and your customer can track the order via your order tracking page.

  • Once the order status changes to 'delivered', LaunchMyStore will release your payout within 24 hours. This status update is received from Delivery Partners and reflects on LaunchMyStore’s dashboard within the same timeframe.

Please be advised that payouts will only be issued on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • If you observe any inconsistencies (such as undelivered products), kindly reach out to us at [email protected] within 24-48 hours for our thorough investigation.

  • If your buyer cannot be reached after four attempts by the Delivery Partner or if the shipment remains undelivered for 30 days, the package will be returned to you.

  • To mitigate any potential losses or damages, it's advisable to protect your products by purchasing insurance from any insurer before shipping.

  • In the event of receiving a defective or damaged product, particularly in cases of Return to Origin (RTO), you must report the issue to LaunchMyStore Delivery within 24-48 hours at [email protected] The Delivery Partner will only initiate a case if you provide packaging and unpacking footage, clearly displaying the AWB number, in your video evidence.

  • Upon completion of the investigation by the Delivery Partner, valid claims will be reimbursed for the order value or up to INR 3000, whichever is lower.

  • Please note that Delivery Partners retain proof of delivery (POD) records for only 30 days. Therefore, if you require a POD for a shipment, kindly contact us within 15-20 days from the delivery date.
