How to establish delivery charges?

To establish delivery fees for your LaunchMyStore, navigate to the 'Extra Charges' option within the Manage section. Activate the Delivery Fees by toggling the switch for your store.

Here you will find two methods to establish delivery fees on LaunchMyStore:

  1. Per Order Delivery Fees: This option adds a delivery fee to each order placed. For instance, if you've set the delivery charge per order at ₹25, the buyer will be charged ₹25 for each order, provided you've correctly set the threshold for free delivery in the above option.

  2. Free Delivery Threshold: This grants the buyer free delivery if the total cart value exceeds a specified amount. For example, if you've set the free delivery threshold at ₹100, any cart exceeding this value will qualify for free delivery, regardless of any per-order delivery fees set.

Now, let's explore some common delivery fee pricing structures:

  1. If you prefer not to impose any delivery fees on your buyers, simply enter ₹0 for both fields.

  2. If you wish to charge delivery fees for all orders, specify the amount you want to charge per order (e.g., ₹25) and set the Free Delivery Threshold to a high value, such as ₹100,000. Typically, cart values will be below this threshold, ensuring delivery fees are applied to all orders.

  3. If you intend to charge delivery fees only for orders below a certain value, such as ₹499, enter the desired per-order fee (e.g., ₹25) in the Delivery Fees Per Order field and set the Free Delivery Threshold to ₹499. Buyers spending more than ₹499 will receive free delivery according to your pricing structure.
