For users outside India, refunds and returns must be handled by you. LaunchMyStore is solely facilitating the payments integration. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to the respective payment provider.
LaunchMyStore enables you to receive online payments from your customers. We do not impose any additional percentage commission or transaction fees on top of what you are already paying to your payment gateway.
Establishing payment methods on LaunchMyStore
To access the payments setup screen, click on 'Payments' in the sidebar. Upon clicking, you'll be directed to the following screen.
By default, cash on delivery will be enabled. To disable it, you must have at least one payment method set up.
