To elevate the transaction threshold for online payments on your account, you need to fulfill the KYC requirements.
Without completing KYC, you can receive online payments up to Rs. 20,000. Once this limit is reached, online payments will be temporarily suspended until KYC is finalized.
App: To complete KYC via the app, navigate to 'Manage' and select 'Online Payments.' Click on 'Increase Limit' to commence the KYC process.
The initial step involves capturing a photo of yourself. Ensure that you hold the camera facing your face and in adequate lighting. Tap on 'Proceed to take selfie' to proceed.
The subsequent action involves taking a photo of your ID. Ensure that the ID document is positioned within the designated box without using flash. Proceed by clicking the 'Capture ID' button to proceed.
After completing these steps, your KYC will undergo review and approval shortly. If you encounter any issues with KYC, please contact us through the Chat option on the App or Web.
Web To initiate the KYC process on LaunchMyStore Web, navigate to Payments and select the Start KYC button.
