Payment Hold - Why are my funds held?

We process payouts three times daily, namely at 11 AM, 4 PM, and 9 PM. For instance, if you receive an online payment at 4:30 PM and successfully deliver the product before 9 PM, the payout will be processed at 9 PM.

Please ensure that the order is marked as "Delivered" to become eligible for payout for that specific order.

Nevertheless, there are certain conditions where additional time may be required:

  • For credit card or credit card EMI payment, you must provide proof of delivery documentation.

  • The first 3 online payments with an order value exceeding Rs. 1000 will be handled manually by the LaunchMyStore team. This process may take up to 7 days to complete.

  • Any online payments exceeding Rs. 5000 will also be managed manually by the LaunchMyStore team, with a potential 7-day processing period. In instances of special settlements or if additional checks by the LaunchMyStore team are required, sellers may be requested to furnish proof of delivery through an authorized delivery partner.

  • If the time from Order Received to Order Delivered is less than 15 minutes, the LaunchMyStore team will review it manually and settle the transaction afterward. Anticipated processing time for such payouts is 7 days.

  • Opting for the self-ship option requires ensuring that orders are delivered within 30 days of the order date, with the status updated to ‘Delivered’ for payout processing. Orders marked as delivered after 30 days will have their payment put on hold, necessitating contact with LaunchMyStore and submission of valid proof of delivery to resume payment processing.

  • If your transaction limit of Rs. 20,000 is reached, complete the KYC process to continue receiving online payments.
