Unclaimed purchases refer to those left pending at the payment gateway during the online checkout process (in draft status). This section offers insights into customers who leave the website after adding items to their cart.
How to access Abandoned Orders?
Go to the Abandoned Section: Navigate to the Abandoned section by selecting Orders from the left-side panel. This action will lead you to a screen showcasing a list of your abandoned carts.
Search: You can search for abandoned orders in the search bar by either entering the reference ID or the name of the customer.
Filter: You can narrow down the orders you want to view by selecting the lifetime filter.
Download the Report:
To obtain the abandoned order report, simply click on the export button located next to the lifetime filter button.
