Effectively managing your product inventory is essential for the seamless functioning of your online store. LaunchMyStore provides a straightforward method to update your products or inventory in bulk using CSV files. This guide will take you through the steps of accessing your current inventory, making necessary adjustments, and uploading the updated CSV file.
1: Accessing the Product List Sign in to your LaunchMyStore dashboard and navigate to the "Products" section in the left-hand menu to access your current product list.
Step 2: Obtaining Your Current Inventory CSV Navigate to the dropdown menu positioned at the top right corner of the product list, then select 'Bulk update products.
Next, navigate to 'Download your current catalog' and select 'Choose catalog type'.
Opt for the catalog type you desire to update (e.g., Product Information, Product Inventory).
If you need to update the inventory, choose the warehouse you wish to update it for.
Note: Multi-warehouse inventory management is only possible if each product has an assigned SKU ID. If not, you must first assign an SKU ID to each product.
Click on 'Download CSV'.
