Within the preferences section on the website, you can tailor store-wide settings to streamline your operations. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to adjust these preferences:
Navigate to the preferences section by clicking on the dropdown menu located in the top right corner.
Next, select 'Store Settings'.
Select Preferences from the panel on the left.
Auto Accept Orders
Currently, when an order is received on your LaunchMyStore, it enters the 'Pending' stage, requiring manual acceptance.
With the auto-accept order feature, you have the option to automatically accept specific types of orders, which will promptly transition to the 'Accepted' stage.
You can set preferences to auto-accept:
Cash on delivery (COD) orders exclusively
Prepaid orders exclusively
All orders (COD + Prepaid)
Never auto-accept any orders
To activate this functionality, choose the categories of orders you wish to automatically accept, then click on Save changes.
