How does it function?
Once you integrate LaunchMyStore with yourbAccount by adding the API key, LaunchMyStore will transmit events to Interakt. These events encompass order placements, customer engagements, and seller activities on your LaunchMyStore platform.
Upon establishing the connection between LaunchMyStore, you gain access to various event types, such as Order Status Update, Order Received, Abandoned Order, Payment Link Request, and OTP Requested.
These events serve as pivotal points for configuring dynamic notifications or devising marketing strategies on your dashboard.
For instance, when a new order is received on LaunchMyStore, your account seamlessly receives the pertinent data categorized under the event "order_received." This dataset comprises comprehensive information including customer details, order specifics, tracking information, images, invoices, and loyalty insights.
The variable data accompanying each event can be harnessed to tailor your WhatsApp templates accordingly.
