The Checkout Form feature assists LaunchMyStore owners in gathering crucial order details. This functionality streamlines the process for store owners, ensuring accurate information without the necessity for manual input.
To introduce a new element to your checkout form, navigate to Manage and choose Checkout. Essential input fields such as Name, Mobile Number, Address, etc., are greyed out and cannot be altered.
Click on 'Add new field' to get started.
Here, input the Field Name. The Field Name aids customers in comprehending the information they need to provide. Keep this field's name simple and clear.
If you wish to make this field mandatory, switch the Required button to ON. Once activated, customers will be required to provide this detail when placing their order, and they cannot proceed without it.
If you prefer this field to be optional, toggle the switch to OFF. Click on 'Add field' at the bottom to confirm changes to the field.
To include this field in the Checkout Form, simply click on the 'Add field' button at the bottom.
You also have the option to edit or delete any created field. To do so, click on the three dots button and choose the desired action.
