How to Utilize Additional Fees?

If your store delivers orders to customers and you wish to implement a delivery fee, it can be done effortlessly. Additionally, you have the flexibility to include other charges that are applicable to your business, such as GST, packaging charges, service charges, etc.

To incorporate additional charges, navigate to the Manage section and select Extra Charges.

Activate delivery charges for your store by toggling the button. Specify the delivery charge per order and set the threshold for free delivery.

For instance, in the following example, a Rs. 30 delivery fee will be applied to each order, but orders exceeding Rs. 150 will qualify for free delivery.

Different delivery fees can be set for customers who opt for online payments. Simply check the box and input the delivery charge for online transactions. Save your changes at the bottom once you're finished.

To incorporate additional fees relevant to your business, click on "Create extra charges" in the LaunchMyStore dashboard. You can establish extra charges using two methods: percentage or flat price.

To set up a percentage charge, toggle the percentage ratio button and specify the charge name along with the percentage rate. For instance, let's say I've established a "Service Charge" of 5%. This fee will be computed based on the total order value, and customers will see it displayed when placing their orders.

After completing the process, click on 'Create'. Delivery fees and additional charges will be included for customers to view when making purchases from your LaunchMyStore.
